Mango Relish Chicken Wrap

I love cooking with leftovers. It forces me not to waste and also, to try out new stuff. I noticed a mango which my lovely aunt had given me weeks ago. I thought that I’d better start using it before it goes bad. I made a relish! I boiled the mango with some apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and dried mint. Mmmm…first time doing it but it turned out great. Then, I put the relish on a wrap together with leftover chicken slices. The result was a fantastic light lunch which made me run off to Mustafa the next chance I got to buy some more of those wonderful wraps.

I topped it with some grated parmesan. Then, I squeezed some hot sriracha sauce before rolling the whole thing up.
