The ingredients:

Shelled prawns

Baby Spinach

Garlic

Diced tomatoes

Japanese chilli seasoning

salt

black pepper

a knob of butter or margarine

Marinade this for at least 30 minutes.
Fry minced garlic. Add the prawns and cook till almost done. Add in the baby spinach and then the diced tomates (seeds removed). At the end, add in a bit of margarine or butter. Don't forget to season with a bit of salt.
