Cakes and Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies

It has been more than a year since I last posted. I cannot believe I was that busy, and ironically, I am on part-time load this year. Ha ha. Now it’s just a bit of a lull at work and at home, and hence, the blogging shall continue.

During Raya this year, I made gingerbread cookies following Chef Wan’s recipe and used the cute cookie cutters bought from last year! Like finally! They turned out all right. It’s the soft kind of gingerbready cookies and a hit with younger children. I can vouch for that because I brought them for my nieces and they were wiped out. 🙂
