One day I went to Tekka market and at my favourite vegetable seller bought some parsley. I decided to make something using parsley from a recipe in one of the books I had bought a couple of weeks ago. It was delicious. I’ve had bulgur for some time now but had no idea how to use it. The recipe was a cinch to follow and the tabbouleh, which is in actual fact a salad, was refreshing.
