So the boy wanted some pancakes. I was too tired to separate the white from the yolk. I remembered then of some Jamie Oliver’s recipe going round on FB. A quick google and voila! I got the recipe and made the pancakes in a jiffy.
1. One cup self-raising flour
2. One cup milk
3. One egg
4. One pinch of salt
The verdict: You have GOT to eat them hot. It’s not fluffy pancakes for sure. But for kids and if you’re stretched for time, this is a go-to recipe.
